Introduction to Project Based Learning

Project overview

This project uses the ADDIE model to design a workshop for teachers in the public education setting to become familiar with project based learning. Transformational learning theory applies.

Problem

The school I worked at had received a grant to become a school that would design its instruction around project based learning. However, most of the teachers on campus had little to no experience with project based learning and campus administrators wanted them to become familiar with it before intensive training began. 

Solution

My proposal was to analyze where the campus was with regard to project based learning and design a 3 hour training to help them understand the process and begin planning to implement it in their classrooms.
